You&#8217;re not alone. Some dude named <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.dougknox.com\">Doug Knox<\/a> was cool enough to code up some vbscript to help solve the problem. Or you can go to <A HREF=\"http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;309173\">Microsoft <\/a> and see what they have to say about it. <\/p>\n<p>On a somewhat related note, I had ordered a <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.sharpusa.com\/products\/ModelLanding\/0,1058,698,00.html\">Sharp Zaurus<\/a> from <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.hsn.com\">Home Shopping Network<\/a> because it was a ridiculous deal. Apparently, I didn&#8217;t act fast enough and they took more orders than they could fill, so I got a cancellation notice from them last week. For some strange reason, I&#8217;m now lusting after a <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/powerbook\/index17.html\">17 inch Powerbook<\/a>.
