The question is whether or not it&#8217;s warranted.<\/p>\n<p>Wired picked up <a href=\"http:\/\/news.wired.com\/dynamic\/stories\/N\/NO_MORE_BATTERIES?SITE=WIRE&amp;SECTION=HOME&amp;TEMPLATE=DEFAULT\">this AP story today<\/a> and I found mention of the <a href=\"http:\/\/patft.uspto.gov\/netacgi\/nph-Parser?patentnumber=7033406\">company&#8217;s patent<\/a> in posts going back over the past year or so, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2007\/01\/23\/eestor-unveils-ultracapacitor-based-battery-system-li-ion-shudd\/\">this Engadget post<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/tyler.blogware.com\/blog\/_archives\/2006\/1\/19\/1715549.html\">a post on an energy blog<\/a>, Clean Break. Both the AP article and the comments on Clean Break mention a healthy dose of skepticism about the company&#8217;s product and the company itself is very tight lipped.
